摺動可能な駆動ピンと、同駆動ピンの下端に取付けられ
て上記オリフィス通路の有効流通面積を変えうる制御弁
体とから成る減衰力切換式ショックアブソーバを組込ま
れた車両用サスペンションにおいて、上記ショックアブ
ソーバの上部に、上記ピストンロッドと同軸的に配設さ
れた主空気ばね室をそなえ、同主空気ばね室の直上にお
いて上記ピストンロッドと同軸的に副空気ばね室が設け
られるとともに、上記の主空気ばね室と副空気ばね室と
の連通および遮断を行なうべく上記のピストンロッドと
駆動ピンとに穿設された通路を有する開閉弁が設けられ
、上記の制御弁体と開閉弁とを互いに連動させて複数の
開閉モードに切換えるべく、上記駆動ピンを複数の制御
位置に選択的に摺動させる駆動機構が設けられたことを
特徴とする、車両用サスペンションシステム。
