期信号を上記駆動部へ出力する同期信号発生手段を有し
、上記駆動部は、上記同期信号を受けてランプ点灯駆動
タイミングを決定する所定パルス幅のストローブ信号を
作るストローブ信号発生手段を有することを特徴とする
