いて、上記サーボピストン室１と増圧室７とを連通ずる
メータリング回路１３のサーボピストン室１側端部に、
サーボ−ストン室１内の圧力がピストン作動圧になった
ときにのみ閉となる常開の第１逆止弁１４を、またメー
タリング回路１３の増圧室７側端部に、常開の第２逆止
弁１５をそれぞれ介装し、第一２逆止弁１５をメータリ
ング回路１３に形成したバルブ室１８とこのバノーブ室
１８内に転勤可能に設けられて増圧室７が燃料噴射時の
圧力になったときバルブ室１８の弁座１９に圧接してメ
