Description
第１図は従来のマイクロ波加硫装置を示す側面図、第２
図イは従来の加硫装置で発泡されたスポンジゴムを示す
断面図、同図口は本考案装置で発泡されたスポンジゴム
を示す断面図、第３図は本考案によるマイクロ波加硫装
置の実施例を示す側面図である。 図において、３はベルトコンベア、４はマイクロ波加熱
炉、５は強力熱線発生装置、７は被加硫ゴム、１０・・
・はプーリ、１１・・・はフリーローラをそれぞれ示す
。
図イは従来の加硫装置で発泡されたスポンジゴムを示す
断面図、同図口は本考案装置で発泡されたスポンジゴム
を示す断面図、第３図は本考案によるマイクロ波加硫装
置の実施例を示す側面図である。 図において、３はベルトコンベア、４はマイクロ波加熱
炉、５は強力熱線発生装置、７は被加硫ゴム、１０・・
・はプーリ、１１・・・はフリーローラをそれぞれ示す
。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ソリッドコムやスポンジゴム、その複合体ゴムなどの押
し出し成型品をマイクロ波により連続的に加硫する装置
であって、 少なくともマイクロ波加熱炉や熱風加熱炉などの加熱室
内において、 該加熱室に前記の成型品を出し入れする搬送手段として
のベルトコンベアの上方に、１個または複数個のフリー
ローラを配設し、 連続した被加硫物がフリーローラに支持されると共に、
被力日硫物のフリーローラから垂れ下がった低い位置は
ベルトコンベアに載置されてベルトコンベアから搬送力
を受けるように構成されていることを特徴とするマイク
ロ波によるゴムの連続加硫装置。
