本発明は以上のようになるものであって、酸処理工程盤
に処理設備が不要となり、又成形工程後熟化処理までの
時間的制約から解放されて取扱いが容易となり、又黒化
膜のはがれる事はほとんどなくなりそれによる孔詰りゃ
電極短絡等がなくなり、製造工程の簡易化、性能の向上
、歩留り向上、大幅なコストダウン等多大の効果が得ら
れるものである。
