成する方法に関する。

本発明は、以上のような点を改良せんとしてなされたも
のである。具体的には、板状基材の上面に水遮断層を形
成し、この水遮断層と石膏層とを接着させる接着層を塗
布形成した後、石膏ス、ラリ−を施し、該石膏スラリー
が未硬化状態のときに予め凹凸またはエンボス状に成形
された賦型用シートを前記石膏スラリーの上面に密着さ
せ、石膏スラリーの硬化後該賦型用シートを離型するこ
とを特徴とする石膏化粧板の製造方法であり、3本発明
によれば、板状基材と石膏層を一体とした石膏化粧板が
得られ、表面に凹凸やエンボスを有し、さらに言えば、
賦型用シートとして石膏層へ転写可能な絵柄を有する賦
型用シートを用いることにより、凹凸エンボスにあわせ
て絵柄も石膏層に付与することができる方法である。

本発明の製造方法を工程順に示す第1図から第6図に基

ルムをかぶせ、圧ロールで石膏スラリーと該フィルムを
密着させ、石膏硬化後にエンボスフィルムを離型したと
ころ、意匠性にすぐれ、石膏の素材感が強調された軽量
化粧板が得られた。

リーと賦形シートを密着させ、石膏硬化後に賦型用シー
トを離型したところ、意匠性に優れ、深みのあるどっし
りした重量感のある化粧板が得られた。
