DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for producing an inorganic cured product in which a color pattern and an embossed pattern are synchronized.

In recent years, in conjunction with the demand for nonflammable building materials, various attempts have been made to apply various decorative patterns to inorganic materials. Broadly speaking, there are two ways to do this: providing a colored pattern and providing an embossed pattern.
It is not easy to mass-produce products in which both of these are in sync at a low cost using inorganic materials, and only a few
No. 317 and the like have been proposed, but in this case as well, it is a relatively rough two-tone color scheme, and it has been impossible to create a complex, detailed, and synchronized multicolored embossed pattern.

The present invention has been made to make this possible, and its structure is to first apply a colored pattern using film-forming ink to a film that swells with water and then dissolves, and then applies a color pattern to a film that swells with water and then dissolves. The film is placed on the top of the material, and the film is melted and cured as a whole without peeling off, resulting in a product. That is, when the film (1) is placed on the top surface of uncured plaster or mortar, for example, the film first swells due to the moisture in the hardened material (2).
The upper surface of the mud-like hardening material (2) is deformed along the countless wrinkles (8) that occur at that time, and the hardening material remains in that shape until it hardens. However, this is in the non-printing area of the design, and in the printing area (4), the film-forming ink (5
) The stiffness of the cured material (2) prevented the grain-like deformation, forming a flat surface that was concave from the non-printing area as shown in Figure 1! ll (when the ink side is facing up), or it forms a deformed arcuate convex surface as shown in FIG. 2 (when the ink side is facing down).

The film used is preferably a water-soluble PVA film, but the design may be provided on the film, or may be provided on a suitable sheet coated with an FVA solution and then peeled off from the sheet. In the latter case, workability is good for silk printing, hand drawing, etc., and the film can be made very thin, but if it is too thin (less than 15μ), the grain-like deformation force becomes weak, making it difficult to form embossing. Become. In general, the thicker the film and the higher the degree of saponification of the material, the higher the fluidity of the cured material and the deeper the depth (layer thickness), the larger the grain deformation will be, but if the film is too thick, the embossing will not be aesthetically pleasing. If the fluidity of the cured material is too high, the grain deformation that occurs will be smoothed out as the film melts and become flat, so the thickness of the film should be 20 to 40 μm.
The hardened material is mud-like and has a suitable depth of 1 to 201'1. However, it is possible to select a material outside this range by selecting an appropriate material.

(Part 1) A polypropylene sheet with a thickness of 1 mm was vacuum formed into a container shape with 300 squares in length and width and about 15 holes in depth, and a hardened material made by kneading gypsum into a slurry with water containing melamine resin was filled into the container. After leveling the top surface by applying vibration, a floral pattern was printed using ink with reduced extender pigment using urethane or cellulose resin as a vehicle, and a 20 μ thick PVA film (trade name: Tsurupron NA, manufactured by Aicello Chemical Co., Ltd.) was printed. was placed, cured as it was, demolded, and removed the paris, and then mixed with water-soluble melamine resin (trade name Aikayuri UM95) and acrylic emulsion (trade name Primal HA16).
: Top coat with the coating material mixed in 1, and after drying, about 13
Heated at 0°C for about 15 minutes, the color was extremely beautiful and the color was about 111.
To obtain a wall covering tile having a pattern on a non-form surface that is synchronized with the embossing of No. 1. In addition, since the back side of this tile corresponds to the bottom of the formwork, if a spiral or labyrinth-like groove is formed in advance on the bottom of the formwork,
The product has convex stripes of the same shape on the back side, and has excellent reinforcement and adhesion, and the demolding taper becomes a reverse taper, so that there is no gap between the adjacent parts after pasting, and no joints are required.

(Part 2) A coating material made by kneading calcium carbonate fine powder into a slurry with cationic synthetic rubber latex or acrylic emulsion is applied to a 1,20 om x 600 mm sealer-treated slate, rock wool board, gypsum board, or veneer. The film was spray coated to a thickness of I NIN, and the film with a pattern drawn with color lacquer (it has numerous through holes for air bubble removal) was immediately placed on top of it, dried and cured, and an acrylic urethane clear coat was applied. Apply it to get a three-dimensional colored mural.
