Claims (1)
つつ蒸気で蒸煮したのち攪拌兼押出羽根で練りながら押
出して餅生地材料を作る蒸練機において、蒸釜中に回転
自在に備えた回転軸にボス部を介してアースを半径方向
に突設し、該アームに原料を蒸釜中央部へ移動させる面
を有する翼片を複数並設すると共に蒸気噴出ノズルを配
備したことを特徴とする蒸練機における攪□拌羽根。 ２ 前記回転軸が、中空軸からなり、ロークリジヨイン
トを介して蒸気供給管に接続され蒸気供給路を形成して
いるものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の攪
拌羽根。 ３ 前記蒸気噴出ノズルが、アームに沿設されるチュー
ブであって、ノズル孔を複数並設したものである実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の攪拌羽根。 ４ 前記蒸気噴出ノズルが、ノズル孔のある多孔管から
成るものであって該ノズル孔が、回転方向とは逆方向に
開口されているものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項、第２項又は第３項記載の攪拌羽根。 ５ 前記蒸気噴出ノズルが、前記回転軸に設けた蒸気供
給路に連通されているものである実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項乃至第４項のいずれか一つの項記載の攪拌羽根
。 ６ 前記アームが、原料を下方へ移動させる面を有する
