Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve cleaning power and to decrease atomization of cleaning water by providing a rotary jetting nozzle for cleaning with an appropriate angle on a rotator, and further providing wings which form an air flow toward surfaces to be cleaned on it. CONSTITUTION:A rotator 3 is provided with a nozzle 2 for jetting high-pressure water, said nozzle 2 being positioned at an angle, alpha, of 20-30 deg. with the axis C of the rotator 3 and at an angle, beta, of 10-30 deg. with the direction of a line tangent to the rotation surface t of the rotor 3. Further a plurality of wings 7 are attached to the outer periphery of the rotator 3, said wings serving to allow the air around the tip of the nozzle 2 to flow toward surfaces to be cleaned. As a result, owing to the air resistance to the wings, the rotator can be rotated at an appropriate rate. Further, owing to the air flow caused by the wings, the air resistance to cleaning water can be decreased, and atomization of cleaning water can be decreased. Thus, cleaning power and cleaning speed can be improved.
