Claims (1)
- 1 パワーレーザー光を出射するレーザー光源と、該レ
ーザー光源から出射されたパワーレーザー光を伝送用フ
ァイバーの入射端面に集光させる光学系と、上記パワー
レーザー光の光路中にあって該パワーレーザー光を遮断
する装置と、中空のパイプに挿入された上記伝送用ファ
イバーと、上記パイプとファイバーとの隙間から送気を
行う送気機構を備えた医療用レーザー装置において、前
記送気機構の駆動時には、パワーレーザー光の出射端面
からの反射光の信号或は第2次光の信号を検出して、前
記パワーレーザー光の遮断装置を作動させることを特徴
とする伝送用ファイバーのトラブル検出安全装置。□2
送気機構の駆動を停止する場合には、前記出射端面か
らの反射光の信号はカットして、前記第2次光の信号の
みで前記パワーレーザー光の遮断装置を作動させること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の伝送
用ファイバーのトラブル検出安全装置。
