A controlling circuit 8 performs the control so that the signal of the input terminal 401 is selected, and this signal is selected in the switcher 6 by the control signal. These two control signals are supplied to a control signal switch 9, and the switcher 6 is controlled by the output control signal of the switch 9, and the output signal is sent to an output terminal 10.
