    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エンジンの排気路を開閉可能な開閉弁と、圧力供給源か
    らの作動気体が、この作動気体の流動を制御する手段を
    介し供給される作動気体受室と、上記開閉弁に連結され
    、かつ、作動気体受室内の作動気体により変動される可
    動部材と、設定された中間位置に可動部材を保持するよ
    う、上記作動気体の流動を制御する手段に信号を送出す
    る中間位置規制手段とを有し、上記中間位置規制手段の
    作動時に、開閉弁が設定された中間位置に対応した中間
    開度に保持される構成のエンジンの排気制御装置。
