Claims (1)
ほぼ一定巾だけ残して夫々電極膜を形成するとともにこ
れら電極膜を上記両主面の各他側から上記誘電体基板の
側面に夫々延長してなるコンデンサユニットの外周に誘
電体基板の上記側面に延長された電極膜を残して耐熱性
を有する絶縁テープを巻回したことを特徴とするセラミ
