間に延設し、かつ前記アクチュエータには前記光周波信
号の周波数に基づいてこれを電気信号更には空気圧信号
に変換する光電変換手段と電空変換手段を設け、更に前
記調節弁の作動変位量に基づいて調節弁自身を制御する
