Claims (1)
スの流量及び圧力等の制御を行なうガス制御部を備えた
炎光光度計及び原子吸光光度計等の化学的燃焼炎を用い
た分析装置において、前記ガス制御部とバーナとのあい
だを断熱材料で形成されたチューブで配管し、チューブ
内に流量制御用のオリフィスを収容して、外部からの熱
がオリフィスに伝わらないようにしたことを特徴とした
