Plastic sheets having a large number of protrusions (hereinafter referred to as protrusion sheets) have been used in appropriate combinations.

In some cases, the product has to be taken out of the packaging box, placed on a tray, and then wrapped in a plurality of pieces with plastic film by stretch wrapping or shrink wrapping.

It is made by pasting a film 4. When films 3 and 4 are pasted, the air inside the protrusion 2 cannot escape and becomes an independent air chamber, and when an object is placed on the protrusion 2, the protrusion 2 becomes elastic. It can be deformed and provide a sufficient cushioning effect.

装作業が簡易化される。As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, with a plurality of items to be packaged placed on a tray, the inner package wrapped in plastic film is sandwiched vertically between the protrusion sheets having large protrusions. Since the structure is such that the packaged items are stored in the packaging box in an unprotected state, even when transported over long distances, the damage to the packaged items is at most 5% or less, which is practically negligible. There are only two types of materials, a composite cushioning material and a packaging box, which are economical because they are small in number, and the packaging work is simplified.

In contrast to fruit, etc., which is severely damaged, in the packaging of the present invention, the inner packaging is sandwiched vertically by the composite cushioning material, so that the inner packaging that is stacked in multiple tiers can be easily arranged and stacked. There is almost no chance of damage to the packaged items (fruit, etc.) as the internal packaging does not directly collide with each other due to vertical vibrations due to the presence of the composite cushioning material. There are very few.
