Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 開閉自在な可動上型と固定下型とを備え、前記両型間ｈ
    ’−装入されたグリーンタイヤの内面形状を拡縮自在な
    弾性成形体とこの中に封入された熱圧媒を介してシェー
    ビングするとともにタイヤを加硫成形するタイヤ加硫機
    において、前記弾性成形体の拡縮駆動装置が雄ネジ軸と
    雌ネジ筒体の相互螺合による回転運動を上下直線運動に
    変換する機械式上下手段によって構成されるとともに、
    可動上型閉合時における同上型と弾性成形体保持リング
    との衝撃吸収機構並びに過負荷時における上型閉合停止
    に至る間のオーバーランを許容する安全機構として、前
    記雄ネジ軸下端が同雄ネジ軸を回転させる駆動部材側に
    回動兼摺動自在に保持され、前記駆動部材とこれより上
    方の雄ネジ軸中途との間に、同雄ネジ軸を囲んで複数個
    の皿バネと過負荷検出部材とが配設されたことを特徴と
    するタイヤ加硫機における機械式中心機構。
