するための説明図、第２図はこの考案を具体化した一実
施例を示す正面図、第３図は本考案の要部を示す一部を
破断した正面図、第４図は本考案の作動を説明するため
の正面図である。 １は作業台、１２は加工用ホーン、１３は加工面、１５
は押えローラ、１７は弾性部材、１７ａ１７ｂは弾性材
料層、２４は圧縮ばねである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　超音波振動子に連結された加工用ホーンに設けられ
    た加工面と、 その加工面に対向して配置された押え金具と、その押え
    金具と作動的に連結され、その押え金具を前記加工面に
    向って押圧するための押圧手段と を備え、前記加工面と押え金具との間に重合された被加
    工物を押圧挾持すると共に被加工物に超音波振動を付与
    することにより被加工物を溶着するようにしてなる超音
    波加工機において、前記押え金具は前記加工面に対する
    その押え金具の対向面の少なくとも一部に凹部が形成さ
    れると共にその凹部を覆うようにゴム系の弾性材料から
    なる弾性部材が設けられていることを特徴とする超音波
    加工機。 ２　前記弾性部材は、前記押え金具へ隣接して設けられ
    た発泡性ゴム材料により構成された第１の層と前記対向
    面側に設けられたシリコン系ゴム材料により構成された
    第２の層とからなる多層構造であることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求第１項記載の超音波加工機。 ３　前記押え金具はその外周に環状凹部が形成され前記
    加工面と平行な軸線の周りに回転可能に支承された金属
    製ローラーで、前記弾性部材はそのローラーの外周部の
    全周を覆うように設けられていることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求第１項若しくは第２項記載の超音波加工機
    。 ４　前記弾性部材は無端ベルトで、前記金属製ローラー
    の外周部に着脱可能に設けられていることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求第３項記載の超音波加工機。
