Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　超音波振動子に連結された加工用ホーン龜設けられ
    た加工面と、 その加工面に対向して配置された押え金具と、その押え
    金具と作動的に連結され、その押え金具を前記加工面に
    向って押圧するための押圧°　手段と を備え、前記加工面と押え金具との間に重合された被加
    工物を押圧挾持すると共に被加工物に超音波振動を付与
    することにより被加工物を溶着するようにしてなる超音
    波加工機において、前記押え金具は前記加工面に対する
    その押え金具の対向面にゴム系の弾性材料からなる弾性
    部材が貼着されていることを特徴とする超音波加工機。 ２　前記弾性部材は、前記押え金具への貼着面一に設け
    られた発泡性ゴム材料により構成された第１の層と前記
    対向面側に設けられたシリコン系ゴム材料により構成さ
    れた第２の層とからなる多層構造であることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求第１項記載の超音波加工機。　　　
    　　　−３前記押え金具は前記加工面と平行な軸線の周
    りに回転可能に支承された金属製ローラーで、前記弾性
    部材はそのローラーの外周部の全周を覆うように設けら
    れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求第１項若し
    くは第２項記載の超音波加工機。
