、前記印刷基板に引加した電源と、前記補助用リード端
子に接触する検査電極板と、前記補助用リード端子と前
記補助用リード端子を接続している前記固体電解コンデ
ンサの一方の極に対する前記電源の他方の極の電源端子
との間の電圧を前記検査電極板を介し測定する電圧計を
