A typical example is to form a color pattern of the original on a substrate such as plywood or particle board, place a resin layer on the color pattern, and then imprint the uneven pattern of the original onto this resin film. There is a method of forming using an embossing roll. By the way, in this manufacturing method, in order to form a colored pattern on the substrate, there are two methods: ■ A method of attaching paper or vinyl sheets printed with the original color pattern to the substrate ■ A method of printing the color pattern directly onto the substrate ■ A method of printing the color pattern directly on the substrate - There is a method in which a sublimable substance such as C,I Disperse Yellow 1 is sublimated and adhered to the surface of a substrate to form a colored pattern. However, with the method of pasting printed paper or printed sheets, the printing paper, etc. must be prepared separately in advance, making the manufacturing process complicated and manufacturing costs high. The pattern can be easily changed, which is disadvantageous when manufacturing a wide variety of decorative plywood.

At the same time, prepare a mat made of natural wood L with irregularities S made of silicone resin as shown in Fig. 2. Next, as shown in Figure I/g3, 5 tons of white titanium paper is applied to the surface of a substrate 4 such as lauan plywood, verticle board, plaster board, or slate board.

A special diazo photosensitive liquid 1-54IL is applied to the surface and dried to form a photosensitive layer 6. Then, using the photosensitive layer 6 shown in Figure 4 and having a one-color pattern printed thereon, a color pattern is exposed on the photosensitive layer 6 using a chemical lamp 7, and then the exposed photosensitive layer 6t is exposed. - in contact with ammonia gas,
The image formation coloring process of developing and coloring is repeated one to several times to increase or decrease the number of colors, and the color pattern of the natural wood 1 with a wood skin color is revealed on the substrate 4. Next, 8 tons of transparent or semi-transparent ultraviolet+iin shielding paint mixed with an ultraviolet absorber is applied to the surface of the round light layer 6 to prevent the color pattern from fading. (Figure S) Then, as shown in Figure JIG, transparent or translucent liquid unsaturated polyester resin or liquid diallyl 7! Apply a curable resin liquid 9 such as a rate resin, and before it hardens, apply the prepared 1I13t-alignment pattern 7 to the uneven pattern of natural wood 1 and apply it on the curable resin liquid 9. Since the photosensitive layer 4 is formed on top of the natural wood 1, even if the photosensitive layer 4 has unevenness or anti-polarity caused by the substrate 4, or even if the substrate 4 itself is curved, the color pattern is always faithful to the natural wood 1 and beautiful. Color patterns can be formed reliably. Since various color patterns can be formed simply by crossing the grooves and the positive film 2t, changing of types can be done quickly and easily.

方式に好適である。As explained above, 1. The method for manufacturing decorative plywood of the present invention involves photographing the color pattern of an original, using a positive film, and exposing the photosensitive layer provided on the substrate to develop the color. Since it is characterized by forming a pattern,
Even if the substrate has irregularities, ridges, or curvature, it is possible to always form a beautiful color pattern *1 that is faithful to the original, and the selection of materials used for the substrate has expanded, allowing the use of low-grade substrates. hand,
You can get high quality decorative plywood. Additionally, since various color patterns can be formed simply by replacing the positive film, the type can be changed quickly and easily, making it suitable for a high-mix, low-volume first-vehicle system.
