2. Description of the Related Art A conventional transfer paper for ceramics is a water-soluble paste applied to the surface of a single paper as a mount, and an ink-like paint for ceramics printed on the upper surface of the paste by screen printing or offset printing. And a synthetic resin such as acrylic covering the surface of the paint for ceramics. When this transfer paper for ceramics is soaked in water, the water-soluble glue is melted and the acrylic is peeled off from the mount. Since the acrylic paint is attached to this acrylic, when the acrylic is attached to the surface of the ceramic and fired, the acrylic burns down and the ceramic paint remains on the surface of the ceramic.

In the conventional transfer paper for ceramics, ink-like paints for ceramics are printed on a mount by screen printing or offset printing to draw a pattern. As is well known, in screen printing etc., first, make a block copy consisting of photographs and pictures, make a plate based on the plate (plate making), and print the ceramic paint with the plate as a medium. However, there is a problem in that the resolution is lowered in the process of making a plate from the plate, and further, when the paint for ceramics is applied to the mount, it becomes faint or bleeding and the sharpness is further deteriorated.

The method for manufacturing the transfer paper for ceramics is as follows:
A step of forming a layer of a photosensitive resin having a property of at least receiving light to lose adhesiveness on a mount having a water-soluble glue layer formed on the surface or a mount having a synthetic resin layer further formed on the glue layer. And a step of irradiating the photosensitive resin with light while hiding a portion to be colored, a step of sprinkling powdery ceramic paint on the surface of the photosensitive resin that has been subjected to the above step, and affixing. And a step of removing the paint for ceramics left unattached from the surface of the photosensitive resin.

The photographic film such as a positive film or a negative film is used to irradiate light on the photosensitive resin while hiding the portion to be colored. The photosensitive resin used in the present invention originally has adhesiveness on its surface, but loses adhesiveness in a short time when exposed to light. Therefore, the surface of the photosensitive resin after being irradiated with the light is divided into an adhesive portion and a non-adhesive portion along the pattern of the photographic film. Sprinkle powdered ceramic paint on it and it will stick only to the parts that were not exposed to light. And
When the surface is brushed off, the excess paint for ceramics is removed and the pattern of the paint for ceramics appears.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a transfer paper for ceramics, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the transfer paper for ceramics, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the transfer paper for ceramics. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the transfer paper 1 for ceramics includes a mount 2, a water-soluble glue layer 3, a layer of a photosensitive resin 4, a paint 5 for ceramics, and a synthetic resin layer 6 integrally from the bottom as shown in FIGS. Composed by overlapping. The mount 2 is a plain paper and the water-soluble glue layer 3
Is a dextrin, the synthetic resin layer 6 is an acrylic, and the material of the conventional transfer paper for ceramics is used as it is. As the paint 5 for ceramics, a powdered product is used. As the photosensitive resin 4, an existing material is used, and one having a property of losing adhesiveness at least by receiving light.

Next, a method of manufacturing the transfer paper 1 for ceramics will be described with reference to the process chart of FIG. First step A water-soluble glue layer 3 is preliminarily formed on one surface of the mount 2. A film of a photosensitive resin 4 processed to have a thickness of about 5 μm is laid on the upper surface of the mount 2, and the mount 2 and the photosensitive resin 4 are heated and pressed to apply the photosensitive resin 4 to the upper surface of the mount 2. Provide layers. Second step: A positive film 8 having a pattern 7 is superposed on the surface of the photosensitive resin 4 integrated with the mount 2, and light (ultraviolet rays) is irradiated from a 3 kw light source for about 1 to 2 minutes. The photosensitive resin 4 in the area exposed to light is cured and loses its adhesiveness, but the photosensitive resin 4 in the area not exposed to light does not change anything and therefore the adhesiveness is maintained. Therefore, when the positive film 8 is peeled off, the surface of the photosensitive resin 4 is divided according to the pattern 7 into a portion having adhesiveness and a portion having no adhesiveness. Third step The powdery ceramic paint 5 is evenly sprinkled on the surface of the photosensitive resin 4 that has been subjected to the second step. Fourth step Photosensitive resin 4 sprinkled with paint for ceramics in the third step
Brush the surface of with a brush or brush. As described above, since the photosensitive resin 4 in the portion irradiated with light is hardened and has no adhesiveness, the ceramic paint 5 in that portion easily falls off. Therefore, the pattern 7 of the paint 5 for ceramics can be formed according to the pattern shown on the positive film 8. When the pattern 7 is divided into a plurality of colors, the first step to the fourth step are repeated. In this case, if a negative film obtained by reversing the positive film 8 is used, color classification can be easily performed. Fifth Step Acrylic is applied by screen printing to the surface of the ceramic paint 5 after the fourth step to form the synthetic resin layer 6. The fifth step is not essential, and it is not always necessary to cover the surface of the ceramic paint 5 with the synthetic resin layer 6. However, if the surface of the ceramic paint 5 is covered with the synthetic resin layer 6, the ceramic paint 5 is protected from being sandwiched between the photosensitive resin 4 and the synthetic resin layer 6, and thus is not easily scratched. There is.

The transfer paper 1 for ceramics thus produced may be water-bonded on the surface of the ceramic in the same manner as in the conventional method. When the ceramic is fired, both the photosensitive resin 4 and the synthetic resin layer 6 are burned off, and only the paint 5 for the ceramic remains on the surface of the ceramic.

The embodiments of the present invention have been described above.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above embodiment, the glue layer 3 was formed on the upper surface of the mount 2 and the layer of the photosensitive resin 4 was formed on the upper surface of the glue layer 3, but the same as the synthetic resin layer 6 is formed on the upper surface of the glue layer 3. You may form a synthetic resin layer and may form the layer of the photosensitive resin 4 on the upper surface of the synthetic resin layer. Further, the photosensitive resin 4 is adhered to the backing paper 2 by applying pressure while heating a film-shaped one, but the photosensitive resin 4 may be made into an ink and coated with a roll coater. In this case, the photosensitive resin 4 is oil-based so as not to adversely affect the water-soluble glue layer 3. However, when the synthetic resin layer is formed on the upper surface of the glue layer 3 as described above, there is no problem even if the aqueous photosensitive resin 4 is used.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, the transfer paper for ceramics and the method for manufacturing the transfer paper for ceramics according to the present invention can directly copy the pattern from the master plate without the plate-making process, and therefore the pattern resolution is extremely high. Since it is high and there is no blurring or bleeding as in printing, there is an effect that the sharpness of the pattern is significantly increased.
