    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 換気装置の換気用モータの異常停止時に作動して前記モ
    ータの停止状態を検出する第１検出回路と、前記モータ
    の異常軽負荷運転時に作動して前記モータの軽負荷運転
    状態を検出する第２検出回路と、前記換気装置の換気用
    ファンの回転により空気が流通する通風路を開閉する開
    閉体の前記通風路の異常閉塞時に作動して前記開閉体の
    閉塞状態を検出する第３検出回路とを備え、前記各検出
    回路の作動により前記換気装置による換気状態の異常を
    検出するようにした換気状態検出装置。
