That is, this method uses iron (ash, ash, etc.) collected by a magnetic separator.
The sludge (with sludge, etc. attached) is put into the washing device and immersed, the settled iron is collected by a scraper conveyor that rotates along the bottom of the washing device, and the water is drained while being carried out along the slope of the washing device. This process is used to clean iron.

However, even with this type of device, the sludge removal effect is insufficient because the settled sludge that has settled at the bottom of the water washing device is collected and carried out along with iron by the scraper conveyor.

Therefore, the iron washed by the above-mentioned method still contains a considerable amount of sludge, etc., and subsequent washing operations are required, increasing the recovery cost.

Therefore, obtaining high-quality recovered iron by removing ash, sludge, etc. in the iron recovery process at an incinerator as efficiently and at low cost as possible is extremely important in promoting the effective reuse of recovered iron. This is desirable.

In other words, the configuration of the iron recovery device according to the present invention is an iron recovery device that collects iron in the residue discharged from an incinerator using a magnetic separator, and processes and recovers it using a water washing device equipped with a water ring scraper conveyor. Then, a water sprinkler is placed above the inclined surface on the iron delivery side of the water washing device, and a button is pressed at an appropriate position on the inclined surface to form a gap between the trough surface and the scraper, and the part where the gap is formed is The gist lies in the fact that a relatively coarse screen is provided on the inclined surface.

FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway schematic diagram illustrating the iron recovery device according to the present invention. The combustion residue A that is collected, fed into a water washing device 4 via a chute 3, and from which iron has been removed is sent to a subsequent secondary treatment facility by a carry-out conveyor 5.

The water washing device 4 has a water tank 6 for washing, a chain 7 scooping scraper 8 that rotates along the bottom surface of the water tank 6, and an inclined surface 9 that constitutes an iron delivery section. constitutes a trough for the chain 1 and the scraper 8.

Therefore, the iron content Al put into the water tank 6 is washed with water while sinking, and after being sequentially captured by the scraper 8, it is sent out from the water tank 6 along the slope 9, and from the chute 10 provided at the tip of the slope 9, it is sent out as needed. The iron is sent to the iron pit 12 via a distributor 11 installed in the same place.

By the way, with the above configuration, the sludge that settled on the bottom of the water tank 6 (adhered to the iron content during the magnetic separation process) will become the iron content AI.
At the same time, the iron is sent out along the inclined surface 9, and the quality of the recovered iron deteriorates.

Therefore, in the present invention, a water sprinkler 13 is arranged above the inclined surface 9 to wash away the iron that is being sent out.

By configuring and pressing the button in this way, the sludge sent out from the bottom of the water tank 6 along with the iron content is almost completely removed by the washing water from the sprinkler 13 during the process of ascending the slope 9.
High quality recovered iron with no sludge attached is collected in the iron pit 12.

Moreover, since the sludge removed in this step is discharged out of the system through the screen 14 each time, there is no fear of sludge accumulating in the water tank 6.

Reference numeral 15 in the figure indicates a leveling device that is installed as necessary, and has the effect of equalizing the amount of iron sent out by each scraper 8 and stirring the empty cans to flush out the sludge contained inside. .

The sludge that has passed through the screen 14 may be sent as is to the sludge treatment facility, but since this sludge contains a large amount of washing water, the following post-treatment may be performed to further simplify the treatment. It is better to strain it.

For example, in FIG. 3, a relatively narrow screen 1 is installed on the back of the screen 14 attached to the inclined surface 9 in a simple sludge treatment facility (viewed from the back side of FIG. 1) that is attached as required.
6 is provided in an inclined manner, and after water is removed at this portion, the sludge is poured into a pit 17, and the water is sent from a recovery water tank 18 to a sewage treatment device as appropriate.

The sludge poured into the pit 17 may be temporarily stored in this area and carried out periodically or at an appropriate time, or it may be carried out continuously from the bottom of the pit 17 using a conveyor 19, 20, etc., as shown in Figure 1. Furthermore, it can be combined with the combustion residue A sent by the carry-out conveyor 5 and post-processed at the same time.
