Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　燃焼室に付属しねじケーシング内に設けられた少な
    くとも１つの光案内体を有し、この光案内体が燃焼室側
    に挿入された石英ガラス棒１２として形成されている、
    内燃機関の燃焼室における物理的現象を検出するための
    センサにおいて、石英ガラス棒１２の前に耐高温材とし
    て酸化アルミニウムから成る光透過部材１４が設けられ
    ていることを特徴とするセンサ。 ２　石英ガラス棒１２及び部材１４が金属スリーブ１３
    により囲まれ、この金属スリーブが燃焼室側で向いあっ
    ている少なくとも１つのアース電極１５と共に内燃機関
    のための点火火花隙間を形成する実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載のセンサ。 ３　酸化アルミニウムとしての結晶の酸化アルミ′　ニ
    ウムを用いた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のセン
    サ。
