    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一方に開放端を有し内部にカー゛ボンを保持させたキャ
    ニスタ本体に、負圧源に連絡す名連通パイプを有するカ
    バとボディとで形成されるバルブ室をダイアフラムで負
    王室とパージ室とに区画しパージ室内に内部にオリフィ
    スを配した流路を備えた中央筒壁を設は該中央筒壁とス
    プリングにより押圧された前記ダイアフラムとの間でバ
    ルブを形成し前記オリフィスより下流の流路に負圧源に
    連絡する連通バイブを設けたパージコントロールバルブ
    を配設し、該バルブのパージ室と前記キャニスタ本体内
    とを開口により連通させたカーボンキャニスタ。
