Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ピストンプレートを有するロッドをケース内に移動自在
    に備え、ピストンプレートを２枚のダイヤフラムによっ
    てケース内周面に連結して、ケース内を第１、第２室に
    区画すると共に、両ダイヤフラム間に中間室を形成し、
    第１、第２室のうち一方を負圧にし他方を大気圧にする
    ことによりロッドを移動させるようにしたダイヤフラム
    式バキュームアクチュエータにおいて、中間室から第１
    、第２室に通じる通路をピストンプレートに形成すると
    共に、第１、第２室のうち大気圧側の室に対して開き負
    圧側の室に対して閉じる弁機構を上記通路部分に備えた
    ことを特徴とするダイヤフラム式バキュームアクチュエ
    ータ。
