aは起動時不平衡率判定回路、14bは運転時不平衡率
判定回路、18はリレー回路、22は起動時間設定器、
12aは過電流検出回路、12bは時間設定回路、20
はアンド回路、16はオア回路、24は/ット回路であ
る。
