この発明は、印刷装置に関するもので、連帳用紙と単票
用紙のいずれをも処理可能とした印刷装置におけるプラ

従来の印刷装置は、印刷ヘッドとこれに対設された一個
のプラテンとの間で連帳用紙と単票用紙とを共に処理す
る構造を有している。従って連帳用紙処理中に単票用紙
の飛込み処理の要求があった場合には、連帳用紙を一旦
プラテンから取り外さなければ当該単票用紙の処理を行
なうことが出来なかった。2. ラケットを回動させることにより主プラテン又は補助プ
ラテンを選択的に印刷ヘッドに対設可能としたことを特
徴とするものである。図示実施例についてこれを説明す
れば、図中1はピン2により図示しない印刷装置の機枠
に枢着されたブラケット、3はブラケット1に装架され
た主プラテン、4はブラケット1に装架された補助プラ
テン、5は主プラテン3と補助プラテン4との間に形成
された間隙、6は印刷ヘッド、7は連帳用紙、8は単票
用紙、9は連帳用紙7給送用のトラクタ装置、10は単
票用紙8給送用の摩擦ローラ装置を示し、第1図は第1
実施例の連帳用紙処理状態を、第2図は第1実施例の飛
込み単票用紙処理状態を、第3図は第2実施例の連帳用
紙処理状態を、第4図は第2実施例の飛込み単票用紙処

要求された場合には、ブラケット1をピン2回りに回動
させて主プラテン3を退避させ、補助プラテン4を印刷
ヘッド6に対設させて当該単票用紙8に印刷ヘッド6と
補助プラテン4との間で印刷処理を行ない、その処理後
再びブラケット1を回動させて主プラテン3を印刷ヘッ
ド6に対設させ、連帳用紙7に対する印刷処理を再開す
