That is, FIG. 1A shows a state in which the straightened molded product 1' has been completely extracted, and the feed shoe 10 containing the molded product 1 to be straightened next is ejected simultaneously with the straightened molded product 1'. It has the function of moving the molded product 1, and moves the molded product 1.

この際、ロアーバンチ4はダイ2と面一状態にある。At this time, the lower bench 4 is flush with the die 2.

Further, the opening in FIG. 1 shows a state in which the feed shoe 10 has moved to the center position of the bunch, and the corrected molded product 1 is ejected, and the next molded product 1 is positioned on the flush lower bench 4. It turns out.

Then, as shown in Fig. 1C, the lower bench 4 descends,
The molded product 1 is loaded into the mold and the upper bunch 5
(shown in Fig. 1 and 2), and then pushed onto the die 2 by the rise of the lower bench 4.
The molded product 1' that has been corrected by the feed shoe 10 as shown in the first figure is transferred to the next step.

However, in the above-mentioned straightening press processing apparatus, some fragments of the molded product 1, which are prone to chipping and cracking, may remain in the mold of the die 2 or fall into the mold, damaging the molded product 1 that is supplied later. This had the disadvantage of producing defective products.

However, in order to reduce the defective rate of the molded product 1, conventionally, as shown in FIG. ,
If the device is designed to indicate a normal state when the article is fed into the mold and the light beam from the arc tube 6 is received by the light receiving tube 7, broken necks or fragments of the molded article 1 may be inside the mold. Even if an intrusion occurs, there is a risk that it will be judged as normal, so it could not be said to be a sufficient abnormality detection device.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a supply auxiliary board 8 was provided, which was located in the supply passage for the molded product 1 and had a groove 8a through which the molded product 1 passed, and was installed at both ends of the groove 8a. A detection device that indicates a normal state when the light beam is interrupted using phototubes of the light emitting tube 6 and the light receiving tube 7 has been installed, but in this case as well, there is a defective molded product in the groove 8a through which the molded product 1 passes. Even if dirt or debris enters, the light beam will be blocked and a normal state will be indicated, making it impossible to completely prevent foreign matter from entering.

The auxiliary board 9 has a supply port 9a for supplying the molded product 1 to the mold from above, and a light beam path 9b of the arc tube 6 passing through the center of the supply port 9a from the side of the auxiliary board 9 to the upper surface of the die 2. The holes are drilled in parallel.

At both end openings of the light beam passage 9b, a detection device is installed with an emitting tube 6 on one side and a light receiving tube 7 on the other side, so that the molded product 1 transferred on the auxiliary board 9 can be prevented from breaking or chipping. If the product is defective, it is not only necessary to remove the defective product by visual inspection, but also to remove foreign objects that do not block the light beam, since it indicates a normal state when the light beam passing through the light beam path 9b is blocked. If debris or defective products enter the system, abnormal conditions are immediately detected.

The operation of the light emitting tube 6 and the light receiving tube is as shown in FIG. 7, in order to irradiate the molded product 1 with a light beam at the same time as the lower bench 4 descends, as shown in FIG. A limit switch 13 is turned on by a cam 12 to detect an abnormal state such as a foreign object that does not block the light beam.

That is, the press main shaft 11 is connected to either the lower bench 4, the upper punch 5, or the die 2, and when the main shaft 11 rotates, any one of the lower bench 4, the upper punch 5, or the die 2 moves up and down. This simultaneously rotates the cam 12 and activates the limit switch 13.

Further, the shape of the light beam of the arc tube 6 is usually circular, and if the molded product 1 has a special shape, the shape will match that shape.

As shown in I-L, this invention solves the shortcomings of conventional detection devices using phototubes, and also detects as an abnormal state even if there is a broken-necked molded product or debris, which could not be detected conventionally. The defect rate of molded products in corrective press processing of powder compacts etc. is significantly reduced,
Yield has improved.
