Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. モータの回転運動をねじ部■により弁軸■の直進運動に
    直接変換して、弁本体■の弁座■と針状弁■との間に形
    成される隙間を変化させることにより流量を制御する弁
    において、固定子コイル０を非磁性体からなるケース［
    相］外周に固定し、ケース［相］内には永久磁石からな
    るモータの回転子■を収納し、ケースα■と弁本体■と
    をプラズマ溶接などにより気密的に接続するとともに、
    ねじ部■のねじ形状をβ（ねじのピッチ角）〈ρ（ねじ
    面の摩擦相当角）としたことを特徴とする比例制御弁。
