Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the plural kinds of the mixed and combined articles, by correcting the subsequent measured values of the plural kinds of the remaining articles, based on the preceeding measurements of parts of the plural kinds of the articles, computing the interlinking combination of the subsequently measured values, thereby determining the measured value of each of the mixed articles. CONSTITUTION:Two articles A and B of six kinds of articles are measured by the combination of five measuring parts. The preceeding measured values for 30 units CA1, CA2..., CB1, CB2... are determined. The measured values CA3, CB2... which are closest to the preset values are selected and subtracted from the preset mixed values. The result is distributed in accordance with the preset values. The subsequent measured values for kinds C-F are likewise corrected. Six measured values for the kinds C-D, which are closest to the computed values, are selected, interlinked, and combined. Then 1,296 measured values are obtained. The preceeding values are added to them. Then the measured weights for the kinds A-F are computed from the interlinked combinations which are equal to the preset mixed values. The measured numbers are obtained by the same way. Thus the plural kinds of mixed and combined measurements can be performed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION This invention uses a plurality of combination weighing devices corresponding to a plurality of types of products, divides the product into n weighing machines, and calculates the product based on the preset mixed weight value of the mixture. The weight value of the type of item that has already been weighed is subtracted, and the subtracted value is distributed according to the size of the set weight value of the number type item that will be weighed from now on, and each set weight value is corrected. A plurality of combinations of divided weight values that are closest to each set weight value are extracted, and the extracted combinations are connected between several types of items to perform a chain combination calculation, and the set mixed weight value is selected from among the chain combinations. By selecting a chain combination that takes a value close to , we can obtain the weight values of each of the above several types of items, and by combining these weight values with the weight values of the types of items that have already been weighed, we can obtain a predetermined mixture. The present invention relates to a mixing and combining method for weighing a plurality of types of products in a composition ratio and a set mixed weight or a set mixed number.

In combination weighing, when trying to obtain an item with a set weight value,
A product is weighed in small portions with variations using n weighing machines, and a combination calculation is performed on the combination of each divided weight value or the combination of each divided number of pieces obtained by dividing each divided weight value by the unit weight value of the item. By doing so, a combination suitable for the set weighing value is selected, and the items are discharged from the weighing machine of that combination to obtain the items to the set weight value or set number of pieces.

Before this, we will define counting and measuring as counting the number of items and measuring weight, and since the measurement value is the measurement value divided by the unit weight of the item, we will explain counting and measurement together. Let's now consider each combination weighing device (a)...
・, (f) will be composed of 5 weighing machines each, and the mixture will be composed of 6 types of items A, B, C, D, E, and F, and each type of item A will be ,B,C,D,E,
Weighing machines for each of the 5 units corresponding to F (a)..., (b)...
..., (c)..., (d)..., (e)..., (
f) A case will be described in which the mixture is supplied to each weighing hopper via each pool hopper with variation and is weighed separately, and the mixture is taken out at a set composition ratio and a set mixing amount value.

In this case, multiple types of items constituting the mixture are given priority over others and combination operations are performed independently. For example, a pre-weighed item consisting of items A and B, and a pre-weighed item. The post-weighing items are divided into several types of items for which combined subtraction is performed depending on the calculation result of , i.e., items C, D, E, and F. First, each division calculation value is calculated for item A, which is the pre-weighing item. Then, all the combinations of divided weight values are stored, and from among them, a combination matching the set weight value of item A set individually and its weight value are obtained. Similarly, for item B, a combination of divided weight values and its weight value matching the independently set value are obtained.

The above combination calculations are performed using the respective combination weighing devices (a),
..., (f) is separated and becomes the corresponding type of item A.
,..., is the same as the combinatorial operation when weighing F into a single number, and in this case, the total number of combinations of divided weight values of 5 weighing machines that divide and weigh a single type of item is 31. Generally speaking, for six types of items, the number is 31×6=186, which is insufficient to improve the measurement accuracy of mixtures.

Therefore, in the present invention, the following calculations are further performed for the post-weighed object. After the above-mentioned combination calculation, first, the value obtained by subtracting the calculated value of each of the pre-weighed items A and B from the set mixed weight value of the mixture is calculated for each of the items C, D, E, and F that make up the post-weighed item. It is distributed in proportion to the magnitude of the set weight value and corrects each set weight value.

In the embodiment, the set weight value WA=WB=WC=WD=W
E=WF, set number NA=NB=NC=ND=NE=N
F, and therefore the unit weight of each type of item is the same. However, even if the unit weight of each type of item is different, and the set weight value and number of items are different, the set weight of each type is different. By correcting the values and the set number of pieces and performing the distribution described above according to the difference, it is possible to take out the mixture at an arbitrary constituent weight ratio or constituent number ratio, and also at a set mixed weight or set mixed number. Although the pre-weighed items are made up of two types of items A and B, they can also be made up of one type or three or more types of items. Furthermore, the first weighing object is completely abolished, and therefore, without correcting the set weight values of each of the plurality of types of items that make up the second weighing object, a plurality of combinations of divided weight values that are closest to the set weight values can be obtained. A chain combination calculation is performed by consecutively extracting multiple combinations between each product type, and the chain combination closest to the set mixture weight value is selected to make the mixture at the set composition ratio and the set weight. It is also possible to retrieve it by value.

As explained above, the present invention provides a plurality of combination weighing devices corresponding to a plurality of types of items, and also divides the plurality of types of items into a pre-weighed item and a post-weighed item consisting of several types of items. A combination weighing device is used to weigh the object, firstly obtaining a measurement value that matches the set measurement value set individually for the first object to be weighed, then storing the combination of each divided measurement value for the second object to be weighed, and First select a combination that matches the set weighing value set individually from among them,
Furthermore, the value obtained by subtracting the measured value of the pre-measured object from the pre-set measured value of the mixture is distributed according to the size of the pre-set measured value of each post-measured object, and these pre-set measured values are corrected, and the above-mentioned memorization is performed. Among the combinations obtained, the combination closest to the corrected set weight value is extracted to multiple sets, and the extracted combinations are linked between each product type to perform a chain combination calculation, and each chain is The combinations are memorized, and then each chain combination and the first selected combination above are combined with the weight value of the previous weighing item to select the combination that is closest to the set optical weight value of the mixture, and the subsequent weighing item is selected. A mixed and combination weighing method for multiple types of items that obtains the weight values for each of the several types of items that make up the mixture, and a set component amount ratio or setting for a mixture made up of multiple types of items with a high measurement configuration. It can be taken out according to the composition number ratio and a set mixed weight or a set mixed number.
