With the development of clocks with photoelectric daisicle time display mechanisms, it has become difficult to measure time using conventional mechanical clocks and electronic (analog) clocks, which utilize the ticking, magnetic leakage, and hand movement.

そこで、この歩度測定用光量検出装置の発明に至った。Therefore, we came up with the invention of this light amount detection device for rate measurement.

In Figure 1, the display illuminance of the watch is adjusted to the sensitive area of the photoelectric conversion element ■ using the illumination lamp ■, and the amount of change in light within the field of view is increased by enlarging the display surface of the watch using the magnifying glass ■. A change in the contrast of the segment is detected and input to a photoelectric conversion element.

The detected signal enters the standard clock (2), which is amplified by the amplifier (2), and the daily difference is measured by comparing it with the standard clock.

In the case of a digital display clock, unlike the rate measurement of an analog display clock, which detects the position of a pointer that always moves on a fixed trajectory, it detects changes in the contrast of the display segments, so the "day" shaped segment The overall contrast change is not constant and difficult to measure.

Incidentally, by performing appropriate arithmetic processing, it is also possible to measure the rate by detecting contrast changes in other segments, but in that case, the measuring device becomes expensive.

Furthermore, for more accurate measurements, there is also a method of using digit display for 10 seconds.
