The invention relates to a measurement technique and can be used to measure the area flat for their protection and transparent, but limited to an opaque background, flat figures, in particular for measuring the metallization area of printed circuit boards using a photo pattern. A device for measuring the Pls of non-transparent flat-bodied objects, comprising a light source, a photodetector and a recorder, is known. The device is discharged in the form of a cassette, on the inner surface of which there is a photodetector on one side and a flat electroluminescent light source on the other. The object to be measured is located between the photodetector and the light source. However, the described device does not have a sufficiently high accuracy of measurement, since the errors that occur are not compensated. in particular, from changes in the parameter of the light source and photodetector. Closest to the invention is a device for measuring the area of flat figures, comprising a radiation source with a stabilizer, a photodetector, and a recording unit. The photodetector is made in the form of a single photocell. In this case, the measurement and calibration is estimated by the operator. 12 The drawback of the device is the low measurement accuracy, due to the operator's evaluation of the results. The aim of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy. The goal is achieved by the fact that the device for measuring PLCs of flat figures containing a radiation source with a stabilizer photodetector and a recording unit is equipped with an analog-to-digital converter connected to a photo-detector, two registers, a reversible counter, two comparison circuits with a clock generator, divider frequency, two key elements, two decimal counters and a control unit, the inputs of the analog-to-digital converter are connected to the photodetector, the first output is connected to the information input The first register, the output of which is connected to the control input of the reversible counter, and the second input to the control unit, the first comparison circuit, the clock generator and the frequency divider are connected in series, the output of the latter is connected to the first inputs of key elements, the outputs of which are connected respectively to the summing and subtractive inputs of the reverse counter, the synchronization input of which is connected to the control unit, the inputs of the second comparison circuit are connected respectively to the first decimal counter and the second register y and the output go to the second decimal counter and the first input of the first decimal counter, the output of the second decimal counter is connected to the first input of the second register and the registration unit, the outputs of the control unit & are connected respectively to the input of the clock generator, the second and third inputs the second register, the second inputs to, the fluorescent elements, the input of the analog-digital converter and the synchronization input of the reversible counter, the second output of the clock generator is connected to the second input of the first decimal counter. In addition, the photodetector is made in the form of a square photodetector plane, five photocells located respectively in the corners and center of the square, scale resistors r connected in parallel to the photocells, four photoelectric cells connected in series, and the photocell located in the center of the square is switched on opposite to the photoelectric cells located in the corners of the square. Figure 1 shows a block diagram of a device for measuring area. The device contains a photodetector 1, made in the form of photocells 2-6, and scale resistors 7-11 connected in parallel with them, analog-digital converter 12, connected in series first register 13, reversible counter 14, first comparison circuit 15, clock generator 16, divider 1 frequencies, key elements 18 and 19, connected in series the first decimal counter 20, the second comparison circuit 21, the second decimal counter 22 and the registration block 23, the second register 24 and the control block 25, whose input is connected to the analog-to-digital output th transducer 12 and outputs sootvetcTBeHHo inputs from registers 13 and 24, the down counter 14, the clock generator 16 and the analog-to-digital converter 12. The apparatus operates as follows. The area of the object is measured in three steps. At the first stage, the initial photocurrent is recorded / at the second the device is calibrated, at the third the area of the object is measured. The first two stages are preparatory and are carried out once after switching on the device. The recording of the initial photocurrent occurs under full illumination of the photodetector plane, consisting of photocells 2-6, C of the control unit 25 receives a signal at the control input of the analog-digital converter 12, allowing measurement of the photocurrent photocurrent. After measuring which, in the analog-digital converter 12, a measurement termination signal is generated, which is fed to the input of control unit 25. This signal in the control unit 25 forms the signal Record of the initial conditions, which from the output of the control unit 25 goes to the second (control) input of the first register 13 and is recorded in it digitally. the first value of the total photocurrent. Then make calibration. When calibrating a device between a radiation source with a stabilizer and not shown) and a photodetector plane with photocells 2-6, the flat figure with a reference area and digital value of this area are entered into the control unit 25. The photocurrent measurement is performed. when measuring a figure with a reference area (calibration) area and simultaneously recording its digital value from the first control unit 25 in the second registration 24 at the second input. After the measurement of the reference area is completed, a write pulse is sent to the synchronization input of the reverse counter 14 from the 5sharking unit 25. With this signal, the value of the initial photocurrent is copied from the output of the first register 13 to the reversible counter 14, then from the control unit 25 to the second (control) input clock Oscillator 1b. A pulse start up generator 1b is received. From the output of the clock generator 16 p1 1, the pulses are fed to the input of the frequency divider 17 and to the first input of the first decimal counter 20. The frequency divider 17 changes the scale, from its output the pulses through the key element 18 are fed to the subtracting input of the reversible counter 14. Subtraction occurs until the number in the reversible counter 14 becomes equal to the number at the output of the analog-digital converter 12. Comparison of these numbers occurs in the first comparison circuit 15. If these numbers are equal, the output from the comparison circuit 15 receives a pulse at the first input of the clock generator 16 and prohibits its operation. Simultaneously with the subtraction, the counting in the first decimal counter 20 takes place, the fixed digital value is fed to the first input of the second comparison circuit 21, and to the second its input the digital value of the calibration gauge from the output of the second register 24 arrives. When the numbers in the first decimal counter 20 and the second register 24 from the output of the second comparison circuit 21 receives a signal at the input of the second decimal counter 22 and the second (installation) input of the first decimal counter 20. Thus, the division operation or radiation where the scale factor A - conditional value of the difference between the initial photocurrent in the presence of figure calibration area; B - the value of the calibration area; . C - scale factor. After the end of the subtraction in the reverse. In a conventional counter 14, the scale factor value (formula) is output from the output of the second decimal counter 22 to the second register 24 at the first input. The recorded value of the scale factor is kept constant in the second register 24 until the end of the area measurement. When measuring the area, the operation of all functional blocks occurs in the same way as in the measurement of the reference (calibration area, with the difference that the figure C is the reference area replaced by the figure with the measured area, the value of the initial photocurrent is not measured, but its value the first register, 13 ,. the scale factor is also not calculated, but is used in the second register 24. Using the counter 20, the comparison circuit 21, the register 24, the counter 22, the difference of the initial photocurrent difference and the photocurrent and if there is a figure with the measured area on the scale factor, as a result, the value on the measured area in real units is obtained, which is recorded in the second decimal counter 22 and is digitized from it on the recording unit 23. the areas of transparent figures bounded by an opaque background are recorded in the first register 13 as the initial dark photocurrent, and when calibrating and measuring the area using, for example, a switch located in the control unit 25, the key is turned off. The element 18, and the key element 19 is turned on, as a result of which the reversible counter 14 from the subtraction mode is switched to the addition mode. The rest of the measurement area is similar to that described. In addition, for iiuBioujenHH measurement accuracy in the device, use a special circuit to turn on photocells - forming a photo-receiving plane. The photodetector plane consists of five photocells 2-6, moreover, to reduce the error, due to the unevenness of the light flux, four photoelectric cells 1-4 are located at the vertices of the square forming the photoreceiving plane, and the fifth photocell 5 is located at the center of the photodetector plane and designed to correct the error of the distance of a point source of light from the surface of the photodetector 1. Photocell 1-4, located at the vertices of the square, are connected in series, and the fifth photocell 5 is included opposite from about the first four photovoltaic cells. Parallel to photocells 2-6, large-scale variable resistors 7-11 are included. When the photodetector plane is removed from the radiation source by the magnitude of its side, the scaling factors of the photocell are approximately equal to unity. Thus, the device has a higher measurement accuracy, which is an automatization of tuning and calibration, and measurement, as well as due to the applied performance of the photodetector. The economic effect from the introduction of a single device is 10.7 thousand rubles.
