  1. 回転する切断装置に固着される取付面部と、その取付面
    部に対向して配設され上記切断装置の回転面に平行な切
    刃刃先を持つ刃物部と、上記取付面部と上記刃物部とを
    上記回転面に直交する方向に弾性的に連結し上記取付面
    部と上記刃物部のすくい面とともに上記回転方向に空洞
    部を形成する一対の弾性部とを備えてなるペレット状プ
    ラスチック製造用カッター。
