It is designed to expand and erect by injecting fluid such as air or water from the leading inlet/outlet (water) pipe, or to contract and collapse by discharging fluid from inside the envelope (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 11702/1970, Japanese Patent Publication No. 11702, 44-
(See No. 2371).

It may be placed on the inner surface of the envelope.

In order to protect it from boulders and the like, a cushioning material (25), such as a foamed polyethylene material, is placed in an enveloping recess (26) that is recessed from the river bed reference plane (36) where the clamp part (7) is present. That is, as is clear from Fig. 2, the covering clamp part (
7), the cushioning material (25) is wrapped in a fixing cloth material such as a rubberized cloth (27) and planted in the base plate (21) so as to match the shape of the recess (26). Using the bolt (29), nut (30) and pole (17), attach the bolt (17), two seat plates (31), and the nut (17).
32). At this time, the reference plane (36) of the protective river bed (2) is formed on the upper surface so as to be substantially on the same plane. Note that (24) is a filler such as cuttings of a cushioning material, (33) is a belt for fastening the cushioning material, (34) is a bolt,
(65) is Natsu.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to illustrative drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the undulating weir made of a flexible membrane according to the present invention, cut in the river flow direction near the envelope membrane clamp portion (the upstream clamp portion). In Fig. 4, the same reference numerals as in Fig. 2 indicate the same parts, but the edge of the protective cloth (28) is out of place) or (Y) (all rising parts are non-adhesive) or (
Z) (The rising portion may be glued only at the point (Z) with some space (to prevent dirt etc. from entering the gap (A) shown in Fig. 2)). Now, in the present invention, regarding the workability of the above-mentioned problem 0), the base plate for retaining the fixing cloth-like body (27) that wraps the cushioning material (25) (
