An undulating weir made of a flexible membrane is a weir in which a flexible membrane envelope (bag-like body) made of rubber-coated cloth, for example, which forms the weir body, is attached to at least the river bed in the direction across the river, and the interior of the envelope is communicated with. It is designed to expand and stand up by introducing fluid such as air or water through an exhaust (water) pipe, or to contract and fall down by discharging fluid from inside the envelope (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 11702-1970, Japanese Patent Publication No. 11702-1972).
(See No. 2371).

In this type of undulating weir, in order to prevent the envelope from being damaged by boulders, etc. that flow down with the flowing water when the weir collapses (the boulders move on the envelope and damage the envelope), cushioning material is placed on the inner bottom of the envelope and It may be placed on the inner surface of the envelope.

As is clear from these figures, the tip of the cushioning material fixing cloth 27 that wraps around the cushioning material 25 (see FIG. 2) and meets on the upper left surface has bag portions 37 inserted alternately (see especially FIGS. c and d). A fastening belt 33 is passed through this bag portion, and the vicinity of both longitudinal ends of the belt are integrated with bolts and nuts 34 and 35 (see FIG. 2).

That is, ←) The bolts 29 are implanted and fixed in an upward direction on the extension of the cover mounting base plate 21 on the side opposite to the cover, but when installing the cushioning material fixing cloth body 27, it is necessary to work in a narrow part. Workability is poor because it has to be twisted.

■Furthermore, the belt 33 has bag portions 37 that are inserted alternately.
Since the cushioning material 25 only passes through the water, the fastening force is weak, and if buoyant force acts, that is, if water accumulates, the cushioning material 25 may float up.
