    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 試料空気中の微粒子による散乱光を受光素子で受光し、
    この受光素子の電気出力を波高分析する光散乱微粒子計
    測装置において、接近して配置され特性の近似した複数
    個の受光素子と、これら受光素子にそれぞれ増幅器を経
    て接続された波高分析器と、これら波高分析器の出力が
    加えられるゲート回路を備えてなる光散乱微粒子計測装
    置。
