Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease impact sound and impact force at attracting state and lengthen the life of attracting mechanism, by a method wherein plural coils are driven at the timing difference and one movable piece is driven. CONSTITUTION:A switch 14 of an electromagnetic attracting member 10 having a short core 12 is turned on thereby a movable piece 11 is attracted. Then the movable piece 11 is moved to the position of dotted line and stopped by impinging on a core 22 of an electromagnetic attracting member 20. Since the holding attracting member is not energized then and the electromagnetic attraction does not act between the movable piece 11 and the core 22, the force acting on the movable piece does not rise abruptly and therefore the impact sound is relatively small. And then a switch 24 of the electromagnetic attracting member 20 is turned on thereby the core 22 is energized and the movable piece 11 is attracted. Next, the switch 14 is turned off and the switch 24 remains on and conducting state of a coil 23 is continued thereby the holding attraction is maintained without impinging of the movable piece 11.

いて可動子4を吸着させているが、通常コイルを巻回し
た鉄心からなる吸着部は1個しか設けられていないので
、吸着時に可動子がコイル鉄心に近づくにつれ、両者に
働く吸引力が急激に増加し、両者が衝突する時に大きな
音をたてるとともに、その衝撃力も大きく雑音が発生す
るのみならず、場合によっては電磁吸着装置を利用した
機器を損傷させる場合もあり、また電磁吸着装置の寿命
を長く保つことかできなかった。
