Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a magnetic head and to reduce its cost by fixing a magnetic core half body and a shield plate in one body with a fixing material and allowing two core assembly half bodies to abut on each other in one body. CONSTITUTION:A die 14a for uniting formation has a small hole 15 where the tip part 3a of a magnetic core half body 3 is to be fitted at a one-stage lower flat part 14b and small holes 16 and 16 where the rear end parts 3b of the magnetic core half body 3 are to be fitted at a one-stage higher part 14c.
