Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）バッキング材に貼付けた圧電素子を複数個の振動
    子に分割した構造を有し、上記バッキング材の上記振動
    子を貼合せである面と対向する面に紙フェノール樹脂等
    の絶縁板を数枚貼合せてなる超音波探触子。
  2. （２）絶縁板の外側の面に銅箔を接着してなる実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の超音波探触子。
  3. （３）絶縁板の数枚のうちの一部を金属板で構成してな
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の超音波探触
    子。
