た円弧状に設けられ前記係合面が前記ラチェットに近接
又は接触された状態でそのラチ“エツトが非キャンセル
方向に回動される時に前記係合面と対向する弧状カム面
及びこの弧状カム面から接線方向に延設されて該ラチェ
ットが中立状態の時に前記係合面と略平行状態を呈し該
