導入管に上流側から順次設けられた第一フィルタおよび
第二フィルタと、前記排気ガス導入管の終端に接続され
た加熱型水素炎イオン化検出器と、第一フィルタでろ過
される排気ガスを、排気ガス中の全ての炭化水素が排気
ガス導入管路内で吸着および酸化しない温度にし、かつ
第二フィルタでろ過される排気ガスを、排気ガス中の水
分が凝縮しない範囲で極力低い温度にする温度制御装置
とを備えている排気ガス中の微粒子の測定装置。An exhaust gas introduction pipe into which exhaust gas is introduced, a first filter and a second filter sequentially provided on the exhaust gas introduction pipe from the upstream side, and a heated hydrogen flame ionizer connected to the terminal end of the exhaust gas introduction pipe.
