    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ピストンの往復運動によって充填用シリンダ内の液体を
    排出充填するようにしてなる装置において、ピストンの
    充填液体と対面しないシリンダ側に設けられた空気取入
    口にベローズを密閉可能に設け、このベローズおよびこ
    れと連通ずる充填用シリンダ内部を無菌空気で満してな
    る液体充填装置。
