Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the installation of the titled heat radiating units by a method wherein a pipe receiving section is formed inside the periphery of each of the heat radiating units to be arranged under the floor. CONSTITUTION:A concave section 4 is formed inside the periphery of the body 2 of each of the heat radiating units 1 and a pipe 5 for establishing communication among the units 1 themselves and between the units and a heat source is received in the concave section 4. Then the heat radiating units 1 are arranged on a floor plate and a blind plate 6 of a thickness same as that of each of the units 1 is butted against each of the ends of the units 1 so that the units 1 themselves and the heat source are connected together through the pipe 5. With the above structure, the pipe 5 is protected against damages by being received in the concave section 4 and as a consequence, a pipe rising up from under the floor as would otherwise be required can be dispensed with to thereby simplify the installation of the heat radiating units.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a floor heating system in which heating is performed by a unitized radiator provided on the floor, in which the radiator and piping arranged around it are connected to the end surface of the radiator. One of the purposes is to simplify the construction work by pushing it into a storage section formed in the.

Conventionally, this type of floor heating system, as shown in Fig. 3, consists of a unitized radiator a with piping and a heat source (not shown) installed under flooring material such as a carpet. The structure is such that heating is performed by flowing a heat medium through these pipes, but during the construction work, the pipes will come out of the unitized radiator a, so this The exposed parts are covered with a blind fence made of wood.

However, in this case, as shown in FIG. 4, the sound material C had to be formed into a cross-sectional shape, which required a lot of effort. In addition, with this structure, flooring materials such as carpets are laid on top of this, and furniture is placed on top of it, but especially when the legs of a piano or chair are installed on top of this sound material C, the L.
A very large force is applied to the character-shaped sound material C, which causes the sound material C to be crushed, crushing or damaging the piping, and causing the medium flowing inside to flow out. In addition, as a measure to eliminate this drawback, it may be possible to route the piping BL connecting each unitized radiator a by passing it through from under the floor plate (not shown), but with this measure,
The construction time is very long and requires a professional carpenter.
If an inconvenience were to occur and the unitized radiator had to be modified, it would have to be done from under the floorboards, which would be extremely difficult and time-consuming.

In the figure, 1 is a unitized heat radiator to be laid on the floor of a house, and includes a main body 2 forming an outer shell, a heat medium distribution pipe 3 piped in a meandering manner to the main body 2, and a main body. 2
It is composed of a recess 4 formed on the peripheral edge of. Reference numeral 6 denotes piping that connects the radiators 1 to each other and the heat source (not shown) to the radiator 1, and connects the radiators 1 to each other, or between the radiators 1 and the blind plate 6 as shown in FIG. When the pipe 6 extends between the two, the pipe 6 is housed in the recess 4 of the radiator 1.

When installing the heat radiators 1, a required number of heat radiators 1 are arranged on a floorboard (not shown), and blind boards 6 of the same thickness are arranged accordingly. Each radiator 1 and the radiator 1 and the heat source are connected by piping 5, and the piping 6 is housed in a recess 4 provided around the radiator main body 2. Next, carpet or other flooring material is laid on top of these.

With the above configuration, the pipe 5 is connected to the recess 4 at the edge of the radiator main body 2.
In addition, there is no need to perform any special processing on the blind board 5, and since the thickness is the same, there will be no unevenness when flooring material such as carpet is laid. In addition, the blind plate 5 itself has an L-shaped cross section as before, and instead of using special and expensive high-quality foam materials that are strong in strength, ordinary plywood has better strength and is therefore cheaper. . In addition, as shown in Figure 1, all of the piping 5 can be stored in the radiator body, so there is no need to think about starting up piping from under the floor, so there is no need for a professional carpenter, and the construction time is shortened. It has various advantages such as being shortened.

As is clear from the above embodiments, the heat radiating device of the floor heating system according to the present invention is arranged at each edge of a plurality of unitized radiators arranged under a flooring material such as a carpet. Alternatively, a storage part is provided to store the piping connecting the radiator and the heat source, and the piping can be routed without being exposed from the radiator, and the piping is protected by the storage part, and Since a storage section is provided at the edge of each radiator, the radiators can be placed as desired, and the arrangement order is not restricted and the piping is not exposed.
Furthermore, it does not require any special construction work and has the advantage of shortening construction time.
