Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve a sound-proof characteristic, increase a fitness with a hard floor material and further increase a heat transfer effect by a method wherein a sound shutting-off layer is formed between a mat main body and a thermal radiation plate in a hot water mat in which the thermal radiation plate is adhered to a surface of the mat main body having a thermal radiation pipe arranged therein. CONSTITUTION: A thermal radiation plate 6 is adhered to the surface of the mat main body having a thermal radiation pipe 3 arranged therein to make a hot water mat. Then, a non- woven fabric 11 acting as a sound-insulating layer is adhered between a surface of the mat main body and the thermal radiation plate 6. With such an arrangement as above, since the sound-insulating layer is placed to a sound source as near as possible, its sound-insulating effect is increased and at the same time a sound-insulating layer is formed between the mat main body and the floor, the sound-insulating layer has a certain soft characteristic, resulting in that in particular a fitness with the hard floor material is increased and also its heat transferring effect is increased. In addition, since the sound-insulating layer is positioned at the surface of the mat main body, in the case that a certain trouble is produced, the floor and the thermal radiation plate are merely peeled off to enable their replacement to be carried out. In addition, the sound-insulating layer including the surface of the beam enables the sound-insulating passing through flue beam to be attained.

However, the above-mentioned hot water mat has the following drawbacks. a. Since the non-woven fabric 8 is attached to the back surface of the mat body 1, the sound insulation effect is small. b. Since the flooring floor 7 comes into contact with the heat radiation plate 6 to transfer heat, it is difficult for the back surface of the hard flooring floor 7 and the heat radiation plate 6 to fit in, and a heat transfer performance is deteriorated due to a gap being formed over the years. Come on. c. When replacing the non-woven fabric 8, it is necessary to peel off the mat body 1. d. Since the small joist 4 is usually wood, and the small joist 4 is directly interposed between the flooring floor 7 and the base plywood 9, the sound of the upper floor is easily transmitted to the downstairs via the small joist 4.

In the case of flooring floors or cork tile finishing, impact noise is particularly likely to occur in the material. However, in the case of the present invention, the sound insulation layer is located immediately behind the flooring or the cork tile, and as a result is as close to the sound source as possible, so that the sound insulation effect is maximized.
Further, when the sound insulation layer is formed on the surface of the small joists, the sound propagating through the small joists is also blocked.

As described above, the present invention has the following effects by forming the sound insulation layer between the mat body and the heat radiating plate. a. Since the sound insulation layer is as close to the sound source as possible, the sound insulation effect is enhanced. b. A sound insulation layer is formed between the mat body and the floor, and since the sound insulation layer has flexibility, the sound insulation layer is more familiar with the hard floor material and enhances the heat transfer effect. Moreover, a gap is not formed between the flooring material and the mat body over time, and dust is not accumulated there. c. Since the sound insulation layer is located on the surface of the mat body, if the sound insulation layer fails, it can be replaced simply by removing the floor and the heat sink. d. By forming a sound insulation layer that includes the surface of the small joists, it is possible to perform sound insulation through the small joists.
