される低沸点水溶液を加熱蒸発させる第1の容器と、該
第1の容器と蒸気導入可能に接続され導入された蒸気吸
収用の高沸点水溶液が収容されるとともにこの高沸点溶
液から高温流体へ熱を移動させる熱交換手段を備えた第
2の容器と、該第2の容器と高沸点水溶液導入可能に接
続されるとともに導入された高沸点水溶液を高温の熱源
流体によって加熱沸騰させる加熱手段を備えた高圧収態
器と、該高圧収態器と蒸気導入可能に接続され導入され
た蒸気を冷却凝縮させる高圧加熱器と、該凝縮した水を
前記第1の容器へ返送する手段と、前記高圧収態器から
排出される廃熱源流体を用いて前記第1の容器の加熱手
段へ導入される低温流体を昇温せしめる昇温装置と、を
