For this reason, in the case of the former, each piece has its own individuality and an extremely elegant blurred pattern is expressed, making it a classy tile with a handmade taste. The productivity of the tiles is very poor.
As a result, it is expensive and is valued as a decorative piece of roofing, so it is generally considered a takane flower and cannot be widely used. The latter type is suitable for mass production, but no matter how good the original printing plate or printing technique is, it is still just printing, and no matter how good the printing material is, the pattern will be the same no matter how you look at it. It feels cheap because it is
It is clearly distinguishable from handmade products, and printing requires a printing device, which would require a large investment in equipment and lead to higher costs.

Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks that occur in the process of dispensing tiles with a shading pattern, this invention has been developed to continuously create tiles with a handmade taste by applying a shading pattern that is different from one tile to the periphery of each tile. We have carried out various experiments and research in order to mechanically mass-produce the product and provide it at a low price. In addition, we have discovered that the glaze spray nozzle must be run all at once in order to apply the shading pattern, and that the glaze spray nozzle must be In order to achieve the above object in consideration of durability, this invention was completed after repeated trial production of the device. This invention is a device that intermittently sprays colored glaze onto the periphery of a tile while running a glaze spray nozzle to the periphery of the tile. A painting technique in which a glaze is sprayed on the tile to create a blurred pattern on the periphery of the tile, and a glaze spraying nozzle is directed on the top surface of the tile in arbitrary trajectories in parallel and orthogonal directions to the tile transport direction, respectively, while the tile is continuously running. This device runs while drawing a scissors tile, and intermittently sprays colored glaze onto the periphery of the tile to create a shading pattern on the periphery of the tile.

The tiles M on the net conveyor 1 that are continuously conveyed are
When passing through the first painting mechanism 2, the movable frame 24 is first moved backward by the cylinder 22 in the direction opposite to the traveling direction of the tile M from the state shown in FIG. Glaze is applied to the joints of the tiles M from the glaze tank 29 disposed at the top of the mechanism 2 by the glaze spray nozzle 28 that runs horizontally and linearly while maintaining a constant distance from the top surface of the tiles M via pipes 28&. Perform spraying,
As shown in Figure 8, in the narrow joints in the tile group Ma, both edges are painted, and in the wide joints between the tiles 8\M&, only one side edge is painted. Along with drawing on the side line in the X-axis direction, cylinder 25
The movable frame 27 is moved in the Y-axis direction by the amount of tile joints, and the movable frame 24 is retreated, and glaze spraying is performed in the same manner as described above, and as shown in FIG. A blurred pattern is applied to the side edge of the tile M in the X-axis direction, which has not been applied.

When the tile M painted as described above passes through the second dispensing mechanism $, the joint portion is detected by the phototube 86, and a command is issued to the cylinder 88 via the control mechanism.
The cylinder 88 causes the advancing/retracting frame 84 to tilt the skeleton tile M at an angle of θ with respect to the Y-axis direction, and moreover, when the transport speed of the tile M is V, it crosses at a speed of V/lime, and at the same time, according to a command from the control mechanism, A glaze spray nozzle 86 that runs in a straight line is applied to the joints of the tile M from a glaze tank 87 disposed at the top of the second painting mechanism 8 through a pipe 85B while maintaining a constant distance from the top surface of the tile M. The tile M is sprayed with glaze and a gradation pattern of a certain width is painted on the four edges as shown in Fig.
In the process of painting tiles with a blurred pattern, the following excellent effects are exhibited.

(2) Since glaze is sprayed intermittently from the nozzle opening, the burden on the nozzle is reduced compared to when glaze is sprayed all the time, and there is less wear and tear, making it more durable.
Spraying is performed in two rows in the axial direction, so the number of nozzles is small, and there is no need to stop the conveyance path every time, making the device highly efficient and capable of mass production using mechanical power. , it is possible to supply high-quality tiles at low cost.Although the apparatus in the above embodiment was shown for square tiles, it is also possible to supply mosaic tiles as shown in FIG. 9 by using a cam etc. A similar effect can be achieved by causing the nozzle to travel along a desired trajectory, and even in the case of more complex mosaic tiles, the nozzle traveling trajectory can be determined by introducing computer technology, which has recently undergone remarkable development. The shape and structure of the conveyor, the first decoration mechanism, the second decoration mechanism, and the shape and structure of the glaze spray nozzle,
Needless to say, the quantity and the like may be appropriately determined within the range in which the above-mentioned objectives of this invention and the above-mentioned effects are achieved.

As will become clear from the above description, the above-mentioned drawbacks occurring in the conventional tile painting process can be improved very simply and effectively according to the present invention, so it can be said that the practical benefits brought about by the present invention are great. Must be.
