出るパタ−ンの繰り返し現象がなくなり自然感を醸し出
すことができる。また多種類のパタ−ンデ−タを人手で
作成する手間を要することなくパタ−ン生成コンピュ−
タにより簡単に化粧建築板を生産することができる。更
にパタ−ンメモリ−を2つ設けこれを交互に利用すれば
連続的に効率よく化粧建築板を生産することができる。

に応じて,記憶したパターンデータに基づく指令信号を
逐次バルブ制御装置に送り,バルブ制御装置の指令信号
によりジェットノズルを個別にオンオフ制御し, かつ,上記パターンメモリーを2つ用意し,一方のパタ
ーンメモリーのパターンデータを使用して建築板に塗装
している間に他方のパターンメモリーにパターン生成コ
ンピューターの乱数発生機能を利用してパターンデータ
を生成して記憶させ,一方のパターンデータに基づく塗
装が終ると他方のパターンメモリーのパターンに基づき
建築板を塗装し,双方のパターンデータに基づく塗装を
交互に繰り返すことを特徴とする化粧建築板の塗装方
