Description
本発明は、住宅等の建築物における床材、階段材、壁材、天井材等の内装材や、扉等の建具材として使用される木目調の柄がインクジェット塗装により表現された木目調化粧材及びその製造方法に関する。 The present invention relates to a woodgrain makeup in which woodgrain patterns used as interior materials such as floor materials, staircase materials, wall materials, and ceiling materials in buildings such as houses, and door furniture materials are expressed by inkjet painting. The present invention relates to a material and a manufacturing method thereof.
Conventionally, wood-grained decorative materials with a woodgrain pattern have been widely used as interior materials or joinery materials as described above, and various techniques have been proposed to make the expression closer to real woody materials. Yes.
For example, in
According to this, it is said that by applying a clear paint after the printing step, a product having excellent durability, gloss and depth can be obtained.
However, the real woody material is glossy when the light received on the surface of the bark is reflected or scattered inside the cells, but the one described in
Further, in
According to this, since the embossed conduit is formed and only the conduit portion is filled with the wiping colorant, the pattern resin layer is provided with irregularities, and a realistic wood pattern expression closer to real wood is obtained. Yes.
However, since it is necessary to match the grain pattern of the printed layer with the embossed conduit formed later, it is difficult to mold, and a step of filling the formed conduit with a wiping colorant is also necessary. Therefore, it cannot be said that the manufacturing process is simple, and it is not suitable for the current manufacturing situation which tends to produce a variety of products in small quantities.
According to this, when the clear ink is ejected after the colored ink is ejected, the two inks react and the colored ink adheres firmly on the surface to be printed, and bleeding of the colored ink can be prevented.
However, as in the case of
上述のように一般的な製造方法では、木目の模様に合わせて表面の光沢を変えることは非常に手間がかかるため、簡易な方法で擬似的な光沢、照りを施すことによりリアルな年輪や導管を表現し、本物らしい木目柄を表現できるものが望まれている。また近年は多品種少量生産が市場で求められる傾向にあり、これに応える必要もある。 As described above, in a general manufacturing method, it is very time-consuming to change the gloss of the surface according to the pattern of the wood grain. It is desirable to be able to express real wood grain patterns. In recent years, there has been a tendency for high-mix low-volume production to be demanded in the market, and it is necessary to respond to this.
本発明は、上記実情に鑑みなされたものであり、簡易に本物らしい木目柄を表現することができる木目調化粧材及びその製造方法を提供することを目的としている。 The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a wood-tone decorative material capable of easily expressing a genuine wood grain pattern and a method for producing the same.
In order to achieve the above object, the woodgrain decorative material according to the present invention has a woodgrain pattern inkjet-coated on the surface of a substrate, and the surface is inkjet-coated with color ink on the surface. In addition, clear ink is inkjet-coated on the wood grain pattern conduit portion, and the plurality of ink ejection openings from which the clear ink is ejected are set so that the diameters of the ejected ink droplets are different from each other. It is characterized in that clear inks of different sizes are ink-jet painted .
Further, the woodgrain decorative material according to the present invention is a material in which a wood grain pattern is inkjet-coated on the surface of a base material, and the surface is coated with a wood grain pattern by color ink, Clear ink is painted on the portion by inkjet, and clear ink that is different in gloss from the clear ink painted on the portion of the conduit is inkjet coated on the portion other than the conduit, and the clear ink is discharged. The plurality of ink ejection openings are set so that the diameters of the ejected ink droplets are different, and clear inks having different droplet sizes are inkjet-coated .
In the present invention, a plurality of clear inks having different glossiness may be inkjet-coated on the conduit portion. The clear ink may contain particles that reflect light, and examples of the particles to be included include mica particles and metallic particles.
As a method for producing a woodgrain decorative material in which a wood grain pattern is inkjet-coated on the surface of the base material, a color ink is used to inkjet paint the wood grain pattern on the surface, and then a clear ink is inkjet-painted on the portion of the conduit portion . The plurality of ink ejection openings from which the clear ink is ejected are set so that the diameters of the ejected ink droplets are different, and can be manufactured by applying the clear ink by inkjet coating with different droplet sizes .
According to the woodgrain decorative material of the present invention , the clear ink is applied to the portion of the conduit portion of the woodgrain pattern, so that there is a difference in gloss and shine between the portion of the conduit portion and the portion excluding the conduit portion. As a result, the luster and shine that make real woody feel are expressed, so that the wood grain expression closer to the real thing can be achieved. In other words, according to the woodgrain decorative material, the glossiness, hardness, and glossiness that a genuine solid board material gives are expressed, so when used as an interior material or exterior material It is possible to have a high-class feeling as if a genuine solid plate material is used.
In addition, clear ink is painted on the conduit part of the wood grain pattern by ink-jet painting, and clear ink different in gloss from the clear ink painted on the part of the conduit part is ink-jet painted on the part other than the conduit part. However, the same effect as described above can be realized. That is, according to this, the surface of the conduit portion has a luster different from that of other portions, and a realistic wood texture closer to the real wood can be expressed. Therefore, since the gloss of the portion of the conduit portion and the portion excluding the conduit portion is different, it is possible to obtain a wood-tone decorative material that expresses real luster and shine when the entire wood-tone decorative material is viewed.
更に導管部の部分に光沢の異なる複数のクリアインクがインクジェット塗装されているものとすれば、導管部の光沢、照りの表現力が向上する。
また、マイカ粒子、メタリック粒子などの光を反射させる粒子をクリアインクに含有させれば、木目調化粧材に光が当たると光が反射したり、光が散乱するので、簡易に擬似的な光沢、照り表現をよりリアルなものにすることができる。
Furthermore, if a plurality of clear inks having different glossiness are applied to the conduit portion by inkjet coating, the expressiveness of gloss and shine in the conduit portion is improved.
In addition, if particles that reflect light such as mica particles and metallic particles are included in the clear ink, the light is reflected or scattered when it strikes the wood-tone decorative material. , The shimmering expression can be made more realistic.
そして本発明の木目調化粧材の製造方法によれば、木目柄の導管部の部分に、クリアインクを塗装すれば、本物の木質を感じさせる光沢を表現することができるので、簡易な製造方法でより本物に近い照りを擬似的に表現することができる。また基材にエンボス加工を施す工程などがないので、低コストで簡易に塗装することができ、多品種少量生産にマッチした製造方法を構成することができる。 And according to the method for producing a woodgrain decorative material of the present invention, if clear ink is applied to the part of the conduit portion of the woodgrain pattern, it is possible to express the gloss that makes real woody feel. It is possible to simulate the near real shine. In addition, since there is no step of embossing the base material, it can be easily applied at low cost, and a manufacturing method suitable for high-mix low-volume production can be configured.

In addition, all these drawings have shown typically for description.
First, a first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
The wood-tone
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the painting apparatus A includes a

Next, after a wood grain pattern is inkjet-coated with color ink on the
If the color ink and the clear ink to be painted are different in gloss, it is possible to express gloss and shine that make a real woody feel even more.

Thus, the clear ink (clear printing layer 10) that is inkjet-coated on the
Further, since the wood grain pattern is expressed by ink-jet coating based on the pattern data stored in the
The clear ink to be applied to the
4A and 4B are explanatory diagrams for explaining another example of the first embodiment.
In FIG. 4A, clear inks having different glossiness are put into each of the three
The diameters of the
There is no limitation on how the
Here, gloss refers to the gloss (shininess, degree of light reflection) that occurs when ink-jet coating is applied and dried, and this gloss can be measured numerically as a gloss value by a gloss meter. The feeling can be adjusted as appropriate by known preparations of resin materials, pigments, solvents and the like contained in the clear ink.
The clear ink is controlled to be ejected in accordance with the shape of the conduit portion expressed on the base 12 as described above. When coating the
At this time, since the glosses of the clear inks discharged from the three
In addition, according to various trial manufactures by the inventor, it is known that a realistic wood texture can be obtained by applying a plurality of clear inks having different glosses.
The example shown in FIG. 4B differs from the example shown in FIG. 4A in that the diameter of the
As shown in FIG. 4 (b), clear ink is applied by ink-jet coating onto the printed
Thus, even if the droplet sizes are varied, the expression of the wood grain pattern can be improved.
The arrangement of the
According to this, since the
Depending on the components of the clear ink used, the smaller the droplet size, the better the gloss can be expressed. In such a case, in order to express a realistic wood texture, an
The clear ink that is painted on the
FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram for explaining still another example of the first embodiment, and is the same diagram as FIG. 2. Portions common to the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description of the common portions is omitted.
In the example shown here, particles that reflect light are contained in the clear ink that is inkjet-coated in the
Therefore, it is possible to express the gloss and shine of the conduit that cannot be expressed only with colorless and transparent clear ink, and the light is reflected or scattered when it hits the above particles. It will be real.
